To make this recipe next time I will grill both sides of the chicken and then put the chicken in a foil pouch with the tomatoes, etc as they heated up and started to melt off the sides of the chicken breasts.

This recipe is so easy and tastes like something you'd get at a restaurant. Definitely a good recipe to make when having company!

Since I have received the new issue I have made this twice and I can not tell you how much my family enjoys it. It is so simple and delicious. My kids do not like new things but they requested I make this again.

This was great even my husband and kids loved it! (and they hate tomatoes) I grilled the chicken, but placed it in the oven to melt the cheese (I added extra basil and cheese too) and keep warm, while I cooked some olive oil & garlic pasta to serve with it.

This was good, but was missing something. I like another reviewers idea of making this into a salad. That may just do the trick besides adding some extra spices/herbs. I do recommend trying this, however. We all liked it, I just cannot say it is "superb".
