What You Need

small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)

1/4

cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing, divided

tomato, finely chopped

1/2

cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

1/4

cup chopped fresh basil

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

HEAT grill to medium heat.

PLACE chicken in large resealable plastic bag. Add 2 Tbsp. dressing; seal bag. Turn bag over several times to evenly coat chicken with dressing. Refrigerate 10 min. Remove chicken from bag; discard bag and dressing.

COVER half the grill grate with sheet of heavy-duty foil. Place chicken on uncovered side of grill grate; grill 6 min. Meanwhile, combine remaining dressing, tomatoes, cheese and basil.

TURN chicken over; place on foil. Top with tomato mixture. Grill 8 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).

Variation

Marinate chicken in shallow glass dish instead of in the plastic bag.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with hot buttered egg noodles, and grilled or steamed vegetables.

Substitute

If you don't have fresh basil, you can use 1 tsp. dried basil leaves instead.

This recipe was so simple and a huge hit with all my 8 guest I prepared it for in celebration of a new grandchild for my friends. Ended the evening with frosty orange dream squares and frsh friut. Thanks for the magazine and web site.

This was the best! Not only was it yummy, fast & easy, but it was beautiful. My husband was very impressed. AND he is a 'salt & pepper only please' type of guy. Will make again and again!
