I loved how easy and fast I made it. My family loved it. I made a few changes. I used light mayonaise instead of Miracle Whip and kraft monterrey jack cheese instead of kraft singles. Will surely do this again.

Was Okay. Thought the shaved turkey created an odd texture for eating quesadillas. Will likely make recipe again, but substitute pieces of chicken breast in lieu of shaved turkey.

I thought the idea was a bad one, but my roommate wanted to try it. And I'm so glad she did! This was so easy and so delicious, we're definitely doing this again!!
