SO easy and delicious! I topped (and sided) mine with extra OREO crumbs and gave it such a decadent look! It looks awesome when you cut it too. Very good, simple, and appealing!

Just made this cake and put coconut grass with a chocolate Easter rabbit on top and am so excited can hardly wait for the grandkids to eat it! SO MANY WAYS TO DRESS IT UP!

I made this for our New Year's eve party and it was a huge hit! No one could believe that it was made with ice cream sandwiches. They thought that it was so much more complicated. And said it tasted better than store bought. Today I am making it for my son's birthday bc he said he wanted this one instead of the usual ice cream cake from the store. AND it couldn't be easier or quicker to make

I have made this dessert a couple of times and everyone absolutely loves it! It is rich but so very tasty. A little goes a long way on this one! So yummy!!!

I made this for my sons birthday, my boyfriends birthday, and just on a whim. I really enjoy the this ice cream cake. This is a really inexpensive way to have ice cream cake.

Everyone loves this and it's SO EASY!! I've even dyed the cool whip before. And it works great with Hersheys Syrup too.

this one is requested over and over again from friends and family at parties! love to mix it up with diff flavor ice cream sandwiches (mint, peanut butter, etc)!

AWESOME! Made it for my daughters 11th birthday. I will NEVER buy another ice cream cake; this one tasted better than any I've ever purchased! I used Sugar Free Hot Fudge, Pudding mix and Cool Whip. I used more Oreos than called for, and added extra crushed Oreos to the top before freezing. Cut slices in half for serving, and most people went back for another half-slice! Amazingly good, and we WILL make this again, probably soon!
