incredibly easy! I substituted toffee bits (heath candy bar) for the oreos, and it was scrumptious. Next time I make it, I'll use the toffee bits again!

Loved it!! 11 & 12 year old granddaughters make it for their family. It was a hit. I made it with everything "sugar free" except the icecream sandwichs which were "no sugar added"...no one could tell. It was so rich we cut pieces in half.

I had so much fun making this. It was easy to follow along with the video. I did add chopped up cookies (oreos) on top. I was EXTREMELY proud of myself for this one. I can't wait to make it again

This cake was very good and very easy to make. Less expensive than store bought ice cream cakes, and really made a big hit. I would definitely make this again.

I made this last week for my son's 22'nd birthday. My husband and children loved it! Next time I will use the neopolitan ice cream sandwich with the strawberry cool whip as another reviewer suggested. Can't wait to try it!
