Amazing!! i didn't have sour cream on hand so i used cream cheese. Also, the meat i used wasn't greasy so i didn't drain meat it kept the juices of the onion in the mixture turned out totally delicious!! Will make this again!!

I made this with mild salsa and I felt it needed a little kick. So I put some medium salsa on the top to give it more flavor. I will make this again using medium salsa.

Delicious! I used ground turkey breast and only a little ff sour cream. It was great and didn't even fall apart on the plate. I didn't use the tomato or lettuce topping and it didn't seem to need it.

My husband and I loved this recipe! So easy to make and prepare ahead of time. We froze the leftovers and they tasted great even the second time around. This recipe is a keeper!

I made this for my husband and 17 year old son who are both picky and not fans of the "casseroles" and they both LOVED it. My son had seconds and had it for an after school snack the next day and my husband had it for lunch the next day. Very easy and good!
