Was very good, first time had to do just do the recipe. Second time added just a few extras, like corn and some more beans. Seasoned it just a lil more. But the basic recipe was pretty good. Only had to adjust for our family, seasons and filling.

I loved this recipe and the kids did, too! I added black olives to the meat mixture. Also mixed salsa in with the sour cream! Very tasty, quick and easy! Thanks!

Have made this several times and always a hit with the family. I use exact ingredients except I sub the black beans with pinto beans and always comes out real good and filling.

This is a family favorite! It's always a great make ahead meal too. I made a couple of these and froze them before I had my first baby. And it was fantastic!

love it! I did substitute Rotel for the salsa (on hand) and 1 can mexican corn for the beans (hubby won't eat black beans) I will make again!

AMAZING. This is almost a weekly staple. My hubby can't get enough and makes for great leftovers. I "bulk" it up by adding pinto beans as well as black beans. So easy and flavorful!
