This is an awsome kid friendly fix! I have made it twice, the first time with a casserole dish and the second as directed. I would recommend using a casserole dish if you have one available as it seemed help it keep it's shape. Also maybe adding a few extra tortilla shells to the bottom layer-mine stuck to the pan.

I personally really liked this recipe, my husband says he's undecided. I loved the texture of the meal. The only thing I would suggest is to spray the bottom of the pan with Pam. I also used fat free sour cream and 2% cheese and tasted it still tasted great. Next time I will add some corn and some Rotel to give it more of a kick.

this is a quick and Very tasy dish. I make this at leat 2-3 times a month and its even better leftover. the only thing is i add a little of the sause mixture so the tortillas dont harden up on the bottom. o

Super easy to make and bake! I agree with some of the other reviews, the foil can be a pain and therefore I will use PAM in the future. Delicious and lots of room for substitution(s). Every one asked for seconds, that's always a good sign! It's a keeper committed to memory!

This was so easy and yummy! This is now in our kepper file. I can see how you can easily change it up for variety. You can use steak, ground turkey, chicken etc. You won't even notice a difference if you use lowfat sourcream and cheese. I did use corn tortillas to lower the carbs. YUMMY
