I made this the same day that I got the magazine and it was really good and really easy. But, be prepared it makes a lot. I followed the recipe ingredients but used to 9 inch square pans instead of one 13 x 9 inch pan. I baked one and refrigerated the other over night before wrapping it in foil and freezing it. This will definitely be a regular in my house.

Excellent! My husband does not like beans and you can't even taste them in this recipe. I was suprised by the flavor. I think the italin dressing helps add a little zip. Can't wait to make it again.

This was so easy to make. I didn't have mexican style cheese on hand, so I used cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. I also added green olives to the top. So good.

The tortillas were soggy. Everything was runny. I usually make enchiladas with corn tortillas & enchilada sauce. Just didn't like.

Loved it! i used turkey ground, black and pinto beans, black olives and ten tortillas. I made a big one for my big family to last two nights. It was very easy and quick. It will definitely become a staple meal in my household.
