Delicious dinner for the family. My 10 yr. old daughter loved it and it was easy to make. I substituted ground turkey for the ground beef since we try to limit red meat . I would definitely make this again.

This didn't look so good going onto the plate. I won't tell you what my husband said it looked like, but it is soooo good once you get oast the appearance. I might try omitting the sour cream layer and just adding sour cream after it bakes. It might turn out less soupy. Thanks for a new favorite though, I'll definitely make again!

This was excellent! My husband and I both had seconds, which is rare in our household! I definitely will be making this again! The only problem I had was with the foil. When I make it again, I will forget the foil and just spray the bottom of the pan.

I thought this was good. I used spicy refried beans instead of meat, so that might make a difference on the flavor. Either way, I'll make it again.

I followed the recipe as given. The only problem I had was with taking it out of the pan. I sprayed the foil, it still stuck, so next time I will not use foil.

I added some sliced black olives to it. This is one of my favorites as well. Always a hit with the family!

We always go to a Daytona party & I can't wait to take it there. Our whole family loved it & it's even better the next day. Thank you for something new to make, that's easy & tastes great.

I assembled the layered enchilada bake in the morning, then heated it up later for dinner...we had guests over and they and their kids loved it! Made a side dish of Spanish rice and it was perfect!
