What You Need

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained

cups KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided

Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided

small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lb.), pounded to 1/4-inch thickness

RITZ Crackers, crushed (about 1/2 cup)

cups spaghetti sauce, heated

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

MIX cream cheese, spinach, 1 cup mozzarella and 3 Tbsp. Parmesan until blended; spread onto chicken. Starting at one short end of each breast, roll up chicken tightly. Secure with wooden toothpicks, if desired.

BEAT egg in shallow dish. Mix remaining Parmesan and cracker crumbs in separate shallow dish. Dip chicken in egg, then roll in crumb mixture to evenly coat. Place, seam sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 30 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF). Remove and discard toothpicks. Serve chicken topped with spaghetti sauce and remaining mozzarella.

I used a package of 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts and cut them length wise (to end up with 6 pieces of chicken). I used reduced fat cream cheese and substituted the ritz crackers with panko bread crumbs (added italian seasoning to it). Served it with whole wheat pasta and green beans.

I LOVE THIS RECIPE!!! I have made this three different times now and I love it each time. It is so good! My husband says this is his favorite meal. Instead of pounding out the chicken I buy thicker chicken breast and cut them in half long ways so they are thin. I also use about half of the spinach the recipe calls for and I add garlic salt to the cream cheese mixture. I make it with whole grain spaghetti and it taste like something you would get at a nice resturaunt. Yummy!!!

was very tasty and would make it again--made the first part and then when the company came rolled it in the egg and crumbs so it was a very easy main dish.

We make this ALL the time! One of my favorite recipes from Kraft Foods. I do add the entire 8oz. of cream cheese how ever. Love this one!
