Fantastic! Easy to make ahead for a quick bread and bake after work (for added bonus, if you refrigerate all day, you can remove the toothpicks before breading). Next time I make it I plan on trying to food save the leftovers and freeze with packets of breading. Also considering trying a different veggie like broccoli.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT. I couldn't stop eatting it. My kids and husband enjoyed it too. I would recommend it to everyone. I used thigh instead of breast.

Love this recipe. I use thin chicken breasts that you can find at most grocery stores instead of pounding it down and I prefer it with broccoli instead of spinach! :)

I spread pesto sauce over the chicken before adding the filling and it tasted better than the original one.

LOVE this chicken dish! My husband, who is fairly picky, loved this the first time I made it. I was nervous about making it, but did anyways and he requests it often. I've made it a couple times and it's always good. I think it would make for a great party meal. I felt it was fairly easy to put together, especially making it the second and third time, and once it's in the oven, there's no worrying about it. It's a beautiful dish and would love to make it for a party sometime. Delicious!

delicious! I substituted ricotta cheese instead of cream cheese and it turned out just as good! Also, I used panko crumbs for the outside, delish!
