This lasagna roll ups recipe is great! I put a twist on this recipe by adding broccoli and carrots to the mix, it was very difficult to roll initially. Once that problem was solved everyone enjoyed them.

Made this last night and LOVED it. We had the leftovers tonight. The tsp. of red pepper was just enought. Will definitely make this again.

Very Good! I made as written only reducing the red pepper flakes to 1/2 tsp. That was about as spicy as we like it. Will be putting this in my recipe file to make again.

Turned out delicious even though I read the line wrong where it stated to add 1/2 cup sauce with chicken. I thought it meant with a half cup of chicken. So I ended up using about 1/3 of the chicken I was supposed to but it turned out better I think.

We LOVED this dish! I had some chicken marinating in italian dressing at home when I got this recipe and it turned out great! My family was going for seconds and said it was a new family favorite. I followed the recipe as written and it was pretty easy to fix - will definitely make again! Thank you!

I liked the concept of rolling up the noodles. I also like the chicken instead of the typical ground beef. I did not add the red pepper flakes as this sounded strange to me in lasagna. I use cottage cheese all the time in lasagna and I always put it in a colander to drain out some of the excess liquid. This was great to freeze for lunches.

"Yummy" was the comment from my kiddos, 8, 11, and 16. It was nice to make a dish that everyone enjoyed with out making a face at. Even my pickiest eater said she would like to have it again. So for my family that makes it a keeper! I am planning on preparing double next time and freezing one for later, while baking the other.
