very good, especially coated in pecans, if you roll it with cocoa powder in your hands it doesnt stick, I freeze before coating in chocolate and it makes it much easier.

I thought it was going to be harder than it said and looked but it wasn't. Of course my balls weren't as round and smooth as they look here but they were delicious! After dipping the 36 balls in the chocolate, I still had enough chocolate that I was able to dip pretzels and peanuts. It was great!

This was so easy and they were creamy, smooth and delicious. I used nuts, confectioners sugar, sugar sprinkles and jimmies. Makes a great gift.

My 17 yr old made these. They were very easy and pretty good! I will make more, but may change the recipe a bit to include flavors like peppermint and orange.

I am thinking about making these truffles as Christmas gifts for my chocolate loving friends and family... the only question I have is do they have to be refridgerated after being made and rolled? If they do, I would have to look for another recipe for cooked truffles.
