I haven't made it yet,I was wondering how long you can keep them?

These are very good, slightly messy to make. Goes much faster with a helper! My sister worked out great!

My husband said they tasted like they were made by a professional. I followed other reviewers' suggestion to refrigerate again before I dipped them. We stored them in the refrigerator.

I LOVED this recipe. I made it at Christmas and they all got eaten! It was great. Curious though, How should you store them and for how long? I would like to make them to give as gifts and want to tell them how they can store them.

I LOVE them! So easy. The thing I learned with the first batch, the ones you want to dip, was leave in fridge overnight, then dip them. They will hold their shape better and not melt as fast. The ones you want to roll, do those immediately after rolling.

The very best Truffles I have tried & made.My Husband likes them better than any store bought Choclates now.Try with Wine.Banyuls,a sweet, strong S.W french red wine makes an amazing pairing with dark chocolate. Or with Champagne Lux treat. I have made 4 time since Christmas including today!!!. I did make 1 pk cheese to 1 pk choc,(100)then extra pk for dipping, then decorate favorate to everyone. Will also be making for wedding favors so cute colored drizzle to match wedding...

WOW-WEEEEEEE! These were the yummiest truffles I've made yet! I can't believe it needed only 2 ingredients. They were very easy and I had no trouble rolling them into balls like others did. However, I did put them in the freezer for about 20 minutes, and every time I felt them getting troublesome, I returned them to the freezer for a few minutes before I'd work with them again. Also, I rolled them all in balls and left them in the fridge until I was ready to powder, sprinkle, or dip them. They looked even better than the picture! I was SO excited. And they tasted just as great. I also added Oreos to half the batch and those were a great hit, and a lot easier to handle too. Overall, great recipe, I'm definitely going to make these again, and again, and again! p.s. thank you for the posting on using baggies as gloves. This helped when I was handling the dipped balls and avoiding fingerprints!
