I made this for dinner last night and it was amazing!! I don't care for frozen peppers, so I used fresh colored peppers and onions and sautéd them in some olive oil before cooking the chicken. Great flavor and I warmed this up for lunch this afternoon and it was just as good a second time around!

I made this last night for dinner for my family of 5. Everyone loved it. I did double the sauce amount when i made it. I was afraid that if i didn't that there would not be enough. I didn't mix the noodles in the wok, we just scooped the mixture over our noodles.

This was a great choice for dinner since it was an absolute hit!!! My family loves Chinese takeout and this was restaurant quality (and saves me money). I substituted the red peppers and onions for asian medley veggies (fresh frozen) and did not add cilantro because we don't prefer the taste of it. I also omitted the peanuts because of the little one but it still turned out great! We will be making this again!

I would make this again but I think I would use more peanuts and less peanut butter. my personal taste. Very easy to make and a true Oriental taste.

My boyfriend loves the combo lo-mein from the local chinese restaurant. I never thought this would compare but he LOVED it! Instead of plain chicken breasts, I used asian marinated ones from the local meat counter and also added some shrimp. It was wonderful! Definately making this again :)

After reading all the great reviews, I thought I'd give it a try. I was not disappointed. It was delicious. My husband stuffed his face and asked for seconds, that's saying a lot since he is a very picky eater. I used fresh veggies instead of frozen. Fresh is always best. Going to make with shrimp next time...I secretly can't wait =P
