Chicken Lo Mein

Chicken Lo Mein recipe
Stir up this version of a Chinese menu favorite with crunchy peppers and smooth, peanutty sauce. They'll love it for the flavor; only you'll know it's low-cal and low-fat.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this recipe. It's a regular in my house! I omitted the peanuts because I just don't like them, but the recipe is still great. I love the flavor of the dressing! Favorite of my picky eater!!

My family nor I liked this very much. It had a very overpowering soy sauce taste. I didn't add the peppers and onions cause no one likes them, so that may have caused the soy sauce being so potent. But I don't think I will try this again.

Great tasting and super easy. I used a bag of frozen stir fry veggies instead of frozen peppers and onions just because that's all I could find. Will definitely make againg - family loved it!

I absolutely LOVE this recipe. I actually make it so much I have it memorized. My kids eat it up and actually ask for seconds! This is one of the best. Just a recomendation, add an extra Tbl of peanut butter and a little extra soy sauce, it makes the flavor even better!

I have made this recipe several times. Always a hit. I use fresh green pepper and onion. I used flank steak and beef broth (instead of chicken and chicken broth) to make it the second time and that is my favorite.

Very colorful, even the non veggie eating side of the house liked it. Next time I will use fresh onions and peppers. Also see many vegetable combinations for this. Looking forward to trying the spicy variation.

The kids love this one and so do I. I make it with whole grain pasta and fresh veggies, though.
