Made this for Father's day and everyone absolutely loved it! I loved that it's not as juicy as other Tres Leches Cakes (which typically they are very juicy) so if you prefer it juicier, add more, and if not, half it like others have said. For me however, it was a perfect combination of just slightly crumbly and juicy. Plus, WAY more easier to make than other Tres Leches recipes.

I took the advice of another commentor and only used half the milk mixture. I also put extra whipped cream on top. It was great!

The secret is to use half of the milk mixture. I sell this cake at my local fair and it is always a hit. Try it with the half milk and you won't be disappointed.

Before you leave a negative review about this cake being too soggy, please note--it is *supposed* to be soggy. There should be liquid in the bottom of the pan after it's baked. That is part of the awesomeness that is tres leches cake!

I followed recipe exactly. The flavor was quite good however the cake was a bit soggy. I would try it again but I would cut back on the amount of cream poured over cake.

Yum! This is the first tres leches cake I've made and it turned out great! Will definitely make again next year for Fiesta or next week for Cinco de Mayo.

This was one of the best cakes I've ever made! It is so well liked that I am requested to make it for almost every family event!

I followed the recipe word for word and it turned out like a white cake with Chocholate milk poured on top. Not worth the time for a soggy mess.

Just a note..I have tried several of these and made some..it IS normal to have liquid in the bottom..They do not absorb 100% It is not a mistake. If you are not sure you will like the texture, consitiency or the flavor I would suggest you try it elsewhere first.
