Awesome Spring\Summer dessert! I modified this recipe to be "mostly" sugarfree by using Sugarfree Peach Jell-O, a can of peaches done with Splenda, Sugarfree Cool Whip, and I cut the fat-free cream cheese down from four (4) to three (3).
It turned out to be very decadent and my husband (who is diabetic) absolutely swooned over it!
