I made Kraft's "Chocolate Elegance" for Christmas dessert after my vegetarian lasagna and mixed Italian salad. The dessert was delicious. It is hard to believe that it was not as rich as it could have been. It sure tasted rich. As a matter of fact, it tasted like a chocolate covered cheesecake on top of a chocolate cheesecake. One almost HAD to have hot coffee with this.
Because it was a bit thick and hard to slice (sticky), I decided that I will make this in the future in a 9 x 13 pan rather than the smaller loaf pan. I will pour and spread the two layers (chocolate first, then white) over a graham cracker crust, and then pour the chocolate icing to cover, with no inversion. Cut into squares and serve. I believe it will be easier to serve and eat.
