I made this recipe twice. The first time I made it during a football party with several friends. I had a desert contest to see which new recipe I would make for Thanksgiving this year and the cranberry pineapple minis took first place. I made the recipe again at Thanksgiving, however did not put in the seperate muffin cups. It was a big hit again. The recipe is so easy, it is worth trying at least once.

I made this for Thanksgiving. Everyone went wild for the cranberry pineapple minis. I substituted dried cherries for the apples because I had them in my cabinet. I can't believe how the paper cups come off so easily. We later ate the minis for dessert and added cool whip on top.

I made this for Thanksgiving, and my whole family loved it. I used strawberry jell-o and a gala apple (we don't like cherry or raspberry - I also omitted the nuts), and it has become a new family favorite. My kids are already asking me to make it again.

Loved it!! Made with the sugar free jello and it was great! My guys never eat cranberry salad but they want this again!

Very simple to make and very good flavor. Nice presentation in individual serving size. Made for Tanksgiving dinner and everyone really enjoyed. Will try with sugar free jello next time.
