What an easy to prepare and delicious meal!

I did make some slight changes to the recipe. I increased the ground beef to 1 1/2 lbs, 1-medium valdiala onion, 1 1/2 cups of veggies, 1/2 pkt Goya beef granules, and a slightly bit more extra-sharp cheddar cheese.
Baking time was increased by an additional 10 minutes. During the last 3-4 minutes of baking time, I broiled the dish, resulting in evenly browned and crisp tater tots.
