WOW great and so easy! Had the whole family over for dinner and they absolutely loved it! My dad and hubby who are not always one to comment and rave about something actually told me again the next day how wonderful it was! def a keeper and on the normal rotation now!

Out of all the recipes I've tried from this website THIS ONE has been our overall favorite!!! I even recommended it to my mother-in-law haha.

It was so easy and we had no leftovers. I made about half of what the recipe called for, but two of us still ate the whole thing. It was great. We left out the cheese but did everything else as instructed. I'll make it again... it's rare that we don't have leftovers, so it obviously did the trick!

This recipe is amazing!! I made a few changes though. I took out the corn, added 1 tbs of ground cumin and added stew meat that I cut down to bite sized and browned before putting it in with the hamburger meat. My Family loved it!!
