I fixed this last night for supper. Really enjoyed! 14 yr old son loved it! I did make a few changes. Cooked on top of stove and was done within 30 mins. I added 2 cans pinto beans,2 1/2 lbs browned meat w/ onion, used chili seasoning to taste, garlic powder to taste, 1 can rotel. Didn't drain cans of beans, put juice in chili. Omitted corn and salsa. I only fed 4 people with this and there are no leftovers. Next time I will probably triple recipe. My son ate his chili over Fritos. SO easy and so filling! This is a keeper!

This was a delicious chili. Didn't really see the slow cooker side of it as it basically just needed to be heated through.

I have not made with ground beef but made a recipe exactly like this with chicken breast Then after cooking 5 hrs. shredded chicken and returned to slow cooker. It is wonderful served over a small scoop of hot rice!!!

Very good recipe. Easy to make, had just the right amount of spice to it.

DELICIOUS! And the best part is it did not destroy our stomachs like some chilis do. I will definitely make this one again.

Love it!! I added Jalopenos to kick it up and left out the corn for my non corn eaters. Added corn in when plated for me. Will become a staple to our winter meals.
