Veggies and beef get a little heat and a lot of flavor with less than half an hour on the stove. Top with cheese and let it melt in, then add sour cream for a cool finish.

Very good, only changes I made was to use 2 cans medium chili beans and 1 mild and added crushed tortilla chips before serving.

Add some tortilla chips or fritos to this for some extra crunch! This is a family favorite.

I changed it up a bit. Only used 1 can of chili beans and used half beef broth and half water and use frozen corn. I will be making this again. Its on my best soups list. Very Yummy

This was easy to make and it took no time at all. It makes a big pot of soup. So, if you like leftovers for lunch or for another time, you'll love this. It definitely has a mild taste. So, add more spices if you like it spicier. It's definitely a good meal for a cold night or when you just don't have a lot of time.

This is one of my all time favorites. It freezes very well. To spice it up, I add hot sauce while I'm cooking it. I also use a Mexican or Taco shredded cheese; and put in 2 cups as I like it extra cheesy. I eliminate the sour cream. It's a great go to recipe especially on a snowy, cold day . Quick and easy to make.

I noticed many concerned about the sodium. We always substitute for the low or no sodium versions of products such as whole/diced tomatoes or sauce, canned vegetables and even taco seasoning. it will not eliminate the sodium, but reduce it very much.
