Excellent!! My husband and I both loved this. I only used 2 cans of chili beans- thought 3 would be too many. I also used diced tomatoes instead of whole tomatoes. I added a little bit of red pepper flakes just to give it a little kick, and also used ground turkey instead of beef. Once it was finished, I stirred in some shredded cheddar cheese to thicken it up just a bit. We topped it with crushed up tortilla chips, a little sour cream and bit more shredded cheddar. I will definitely be making this again soon
