I used a lot of ideas from previous reviewers -- I doubled the pesto & used 1/2 cup of chicken broth instead of 1/4 cup water, used low fat cream cheese & tomatoes on the vine. I also added mushrooms & that turned out great! My husband loved it and said to make it again!

this is very good and easy to make.. I added yellow squash and zucchini to the sauce as well.

I loved it. I dredged the chicken in flour and cooked in butter. Needs double the sauce this way and the sauce needs to be thinned a little with some milk. This makes it 5 stars!

I loved this recipe, the sauce was incredibly delicious. I did use chicken broth instead of water(as suggested by another user). I also added some fresh green beans (that I had briefly blanched) to the sauce. Served with fettuccine. I'm planning on serving this dish at an upcoming dinner party.

This is a restaurant quality dish! I cut my chicken up into cubes and tossed it with angel hair pasta. Delicious!

Very good and simple too! I must say I cheated and used Philadelphia Cooking Sauce (Pesto) as I did not have pesto. It was a great shortcut! I cooked the little grape tomatoes till they just burst their skins...wonderful dish!

Super delicious! Will double the sauce next time and make sure to flatten out the chicken before cooking. All in all very good

I made this dish with chicken tenderloins which I seasoned with salt,pepper,garlic/onion powder and cooked in rice oil and 2 tbs. butter. I used chicken broth instead of water and a chopped tomato for the grape tomatoes. I increased the liquid so that I would have enough sauce to go over the fettuccine. My husband and I liked this a lot so I will make again.
