I've made this lots, it's so easy and taste the best. Make sure you use lean beef and I have found that a metal pan works better than a glass pan.

I was surprised at how good these turned out after the mixed reviews. I made them in a baking stone because I didn't have a metal pan. Still sprayed with cooking spray. The inside of the bottom bun was a little soggy, but the bottom of the bottom bun was fine. I used the cut hotdog buns. I forgot to put the cheese on before baking and I didn't put the onions in the hamburger because my kids don't like them, so I don't know if that would have made any difference. Everyone laughed at how tiny these burgers were, but there was plenty for the five of us with some left over!

i actually messed up recipe by putting in 1 cup honey mustard and half cup ketchup instead of their mustard ketchup sizes (i also left out onions cuz i hate them) but i think they turned out way better with the cup of honey mustard i make them all the time and am known for them...so try it with alot honey mustard. i also leave the cheese and top bun off till end cause my cheese was melted and the burgers were just landslides but since i put the cheese on at end i dont have that problem anymore

I have made these many times and always end up with soggy/greasy buns on the bottom. My kids hate the soggy buns. And they make a big stink when we have them for dinner. After reading some of the other reviews I think I will try cooking the burgers separately first. Maybe that will work better.

I used Extra lean ground beef and instead of hotdog buns I used regular slider buns. The bread did NOT get soggy but did dry out a little. I will definitely make these again. Could not have been easier. Next time I will season the beef a little differently but all in all it was really good. The left over sandwiches were put in a steamer bag and microwaved the next day....turned out perfect.

i took it to thanksgiving morning family potluck, i followed the recipe except i only used onion, ketchup and ground turkey. it was a biiiiiiig hit!!! not only the kids like it also the grownups. it is easy to make and i love when my picky nephews like it. it did not require a lot of cooking just mix ground turkey with chopped onion, ketchup and kraft singles and bake it for 20min and thats it everyone will like it.

Having a new baby, and two young kids, me and my husband wanted to try out this recipe. Being short on time though we decided to just make them on the Forman grill instead. They came awesome and so fast. Both my kids, age 2 and 3 ate thier entire plate, very rare.

I followed the recipe except I used "outdoor rolls" instead of hotdog buns. They're a bit more dense and I thought they wouldn't get as soggy. They were alittle greasy, but the buns I used did NOT get soggy. We loved these, but next time I'm going to add a little salt and pepper to the meat mixture. I LOVED the meat cooked with the bun, it was really different and the whole thing all cooked together was very good! The meat cooked down into the bun a bit. They were also the perfect size for the kids!

I made these for my 5 yr old daughter and she was excited that I made a little burger just for her. They were a big hit at a potluck party I went to. Great idea.
