What You Need

cups sliced fresh strawberries

Tbsp. sugar

pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened

1-1/2

cups cold milk

pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

cups thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, divided

cups frozen pound cake cubes (1 inch)

oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Make It

step 1

COMBINE berries and sugar. Refrigerate until ready to use. Beat Neufchatel in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Add dry pudding mix; mix well. Blend in 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP; spoon half into 2-1/2-qt. bowl.

step 2

TOP with cake, berries and remaining Neufchatel mixture. Refrigerate 4 hours.

step 3

MELT chocolate; drizzle over trifle. Top with remaining COOL WHIP.

I have made this recipe now 4-5 times, and each time everyone who tried it has loved it! It is just perfect! Not too bland, not too sweet..Just perfect! When I make it, I always have a side of chocolate covered strawberries to go with it...everyone seems to love to grab a few of those to go with this. I really suggest that you try it!

I have made this recipe 2x already....it is easy to make and so delicious to gobble up. My kids and husband love it...we take pictures of the before and after. It is definately a beautiful dessert to make.

I have made this recipe a total of about 8-10 times (actually i think i may have lost count.) And everytime it has been made, I get outstanding results & compliments.. WE LOVE IT! I'm actually getting kinda tired of it because I make it so much. But everyone keeps demanding it! LOL very delicious. not to sweet, perfect balance.... the only change i made to the recipe is that instead of drizzling the chocolate on top, I just use a peeler and kinda shred/ sprinkle it on top and add more strawberries.. YUMMY!

I made this for a co-workers b-day. For the first time ever...there were NO leftovers!! This was light, refreshing, and just so YUMMY!!!! Will make over and over again...and pass on to friends and family everywhere!!

This is my wifes FAVORITE dessert. I make it at least 3 times a month. The kids have to ask her if they can have some, it is so good. I recommend it to all!

I made this for my dad for his Father's Day dinner, and it was a hit! I used sugar free angel food cake, sweetened the strawberries with Splenda, and used sugar free chocolate syrup in place of the melted chocolate since my dad and I are both diabetic. (I didn't dip any strawberries in chocolate). It was delicious!
