Creamy Lemon-Blueberry Dessert recipe
A dense lemon center dotted with blueberries makes for a whole new take on cheesecake. With just 15 minutes of prep, there's no reason your meal shouldn't end memorably.

Made this yesterday to celebrate my husband's birthday - everyone loved it & two of my sisters-in-law requested the recipe. I will definitely make it again. In response to the comment about the surface cracking - my guess would be it was slightly overcooked. Mine did the same (on one side) but once it is piled high with cool whip no one will ever know. :-)
Made this last night for a big family dinner and it must have been terrific since I am the only one who did not get a piece. Entire dessert gone. Everyone loved it.
I made this recipe for my mom and friends. They really liked it. It reminded them of a good German cheesecake. I made it exactly as recipe calls for. I actually baked mine for 1hr 10min. Quick and very easy anyone can make this.
use all purpose flour, self rising has salt and levening added to it
Does the flour need to be all purpose or self rising??
i haven't made this one yet but wondering does this really take 4 packs of cream cheese?!
FANTASTIC! I've made this twice in the past two weeks and it is delicious and received raves both times. I added the juice and zest from 1/2 a lemon and didn't put berries on top. I only baked it 45 min. which was plenty. Very easy and I will absolutely make again and again!
Instead of using the frozen blueberries, I used a pint of fresh ones. It also didn't need as long to bake as stated in the recipe. Tossed whole fresh blueberries on the top. Everyone raved about this dessert-Would DEFINITELY make again! :-)
I didn't see sour cream in the recipe until after I made/cooked it. I'm going to go ahead and serve it at my party, but I'm hoping no one misses it. Next time I'll be sure to include it. One thing I noticed when I added the pudding mixture to the 13x9 pan and spread it around was the Reduced Fat 'Nilla crust cracked and started to shift as well. Anyone else experience this?
I made this yesterday for a party, everyone loved it, next time i think i would like to try fresh blueberries. I made it with reduced fat nilla wafers & lite cool whip.
