In France it’s forty, so twenty cloves of garlic is actually tame. Roasted until sweet and tender, they add fabulous flavor to the chicken.

Tried for first time for company. It was better than I could have hoped for and the recipe was shared. Absolutely delicious even if you are not fond of garlic.

Recipe was a hit with my family but did make a few additions. Added some cayenne pepper, a chopped onion, salt, pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes (We like our food with a kick)Also doubled the sauce recipe... it was so delicious. Served with Garlic Mash, steamed broccoli, and rolls.

Can't wait to try this but wanted to share an easy method for the garlic. Put the cloves in a stainless steel bowl, place another stainless bowl of same size over it over it, edge to edge, then shake shake shake. The paper will come off, no muss no fuss.

I double the amount of sauce since we like to pour it over the chicken. I have fixed this for my husband's boss who is French and he loved this!

very moist, but I found very bland. Will try with more garlic, and other change-ups done by other reviewers.

We really liked this recipe!! I was afraid of so much garlic at first but it was really good!! Hubby doesn't like Caesar so I used Italian instead. Served over rice. Next time I may try it with Chili Lime dressing instead. There are so many flavor possibilities just by changing the type of dressing used that we may never get tired of it!!!
