In France it’s forty, so twenty cloves of garlic is actually tame. Roasted until sweet and tender, they add fabulous flavor to the chicken.

Very good, nice flavor. My 3 young & picky children all liked it too, which never happens. As suggested by someone else, might double sauce ingeredients to serve over rice.

It is perfect!!!It may seem like a lot of garlic, but once it cooks it creates such a wonderful taste. I will make this again very soon.

Have made several times... Last time, doubled the "sauce" ingredients and served over rice... One of my family's faves!

have to make sure that the chicken is the same size, my chicken dried out a little bit. i would try this again and crush the garlic cloves not as much garlic flavor as you think it would have.

I added crushed red pepper to spice it up a bit and, after removing from the heat, stirred baby spinach in until it wilted. It accompanied the chicken perfectly. I will definitely experiment with other spices next time to add flavor.

I would make this again with some minor changes. Crushing 1/2 the cloves. I love garlic and chicken did not have full flavor taste.

This is a great recipe for beginners as well as experienced cooks. Tastes wonderful. The garlic becomes so sweet and flavorful.
