YUM! I made the meat and put it over a bed of lettuce because the lettuce bags were on sale. WOW was it good! I am so excited to take the meat and lettuce separate to work for lunch this week! I added the pepper flakes but not the ginger because it wasn't on hand. I am not a huge fan of peanut butter, so for the dressing I omitted it and used 1/2 tbsp of soy sauce instead. My husband loved the meat, so I think next time we will put this over a bed of rice!

Was an interesting idea. Pretty light meal but not a lot of flavor. I tried adding a few spices but couldn't quite get the right combination to give it that good taste. Needs work. Not sure if I would make again.

This was very good- even my husband loved it- who doesn't always like "Asian" food! I substitued turkey meat for beef- and it was delicious!

This was a simple and fast meal to cook. I did use green leaf lettuce instead of the iceberg. Best of all, my husband and 2 year old loved it.
