This recipe is delicious! I used romaine lettuce instead of iceberg. I may put the leftover meat mixture over rice with some soy sauce! Loved it.

I was skeptical about this one. Who mixes beef and peanut butter? I tried it anyway and I'm so glad I did. Another reviewer said it taste like something from a restaurant and I totally agree. The taste of the peanut butter isn't strong at all. I added ground ginger and red pepper flakes as they do in the video. I, for one have a new favorite lunch/snack.

Surprisingly good! Wasn't super filling though. Next time I might try wrapping in a pita and adding some additional veggies to bulk it up :)

This was surprisingly good- I wasn't sure if I would like peanut butter and ground beef. My only problem was that the pan was too dry with only 1 TB of dressing. I needed to add a little water.

This one of my fav. things from PH Changs, and I was really excited to find the recipe here. I ended up using more dressing and penutbutter to make the meet more flavorful. I like spice, so next time I will add more crushed red peper. Other then that, GREAT!

Very good. I used green leaf lettuce, added green onions with the carrots, added more peanut butter and finally stirred in roasted peanuts just before serving.
