My husband & I both LOVED this recipe, and he normally doesn't like spinach much at all. I modified it slightly, because I always do that with recipes. It was great with PHILADELPHIA neufchatel, a black/lemon pepper mixture instead of cayenne, bacon in lieu of ham, and Greek-style hummus instead of garbanzos in a blender (I just moved & my small appliances are still packed--the hummus made it much easier than having to mash garbanzos). I am sure the recipe is great as is. The version I made was a hit in my household. My husband mentioned the recipe the next couple of days, it was so good.
