Fantastic meatballs and oh so easy to fix. My family will fight over these. Dad claims I am being stingy even when he gets a double portion. :) Love the creamy brown gravy recipe on the bottom.
I used herb stuffing & it added more flavor.

It was very easy and quick to make. It was a little bland to the taste for me so I added a lil pepper, garlic salt, and garlic powder and boy did it bring them alive! My family loved them even more!

These are the only meatballs my kids will eat. My son wants spaghetti every night. We love these. I gave my mother this recipe and now it's the only one she uses as well!!! They are easy to make and freeze really well. I make a lot and cook them and pop them into dinner sized amounts in freezer bags and use them on nights when time is short, just put the sauce (either the gravy recipe or the spaghetti sauce recipe) and the frozen meatballs into the crock pot. Dinner is ready when we are! Love it!!!
I have made this several times now and it is always a hit!
For a quick weeknight meal, this is a great option! I tried the brown gravy sauce with the meatballs and served with some broccoli. I thought it was very good. I look forward to trying the other sauce next time. It's not gourmet, but for an easy, fast, family dinner with little clean up, this rocks!
I made the recipe but I guess my oven is old model, it took awhile for the meatballs to cook. I have to raise the temp for it to cook. I think the Stove Top just made it taste but I would like it meatier, next time I would just use the ground beef and not add the stove top.
We LOVE these meatballs! I really love that half go to the freezer for future use! I add sliced mushrooms to the gravy recipe and it's delicious!
