Made this when we had friends over for brunch - everyone loved it! Very easy, very tasty, makes good leftovers, too. (Didn't change a thing about the recipe.)

I've made this recipe in similar fashion for several years. I enjoy quick recipes. This one is easy - top of stove and microwave too.

Just made this..quite good,but it takes extra cooking time to "set".It was a little runny in the center...wasn't sure if it was the velveeta or the eggs that were ;( I refridgerated it overnight..altho I don't think that had anything to do with it..

I made this casserole for Christmas brunch, everyone Loved it, I added extra bacon, it was so nice to sit down w/the family instead of cooking over a hot stove, thanks so much Kraft, I'll keep trying your great receipes!!!

I made this casserole and I'm not a good cook. i came out perfect. I used the cheddar instead of Velveeta and that worked out really good. You can change it up and make it your own. Good recipe!

It's a good brunch recipe, but I refrigerated it the night before and it ended up taking over an hour to bake. Also, the cheese was burnt well before 40 minutes of baking. Did anyone else have this problem?

I halved the recipe. I only had onions to add to the potatoes and it still turned out great! Will make again.
