I liked it and I would make it again, except I would change the oven temperature and bake time. It took at least 20 minutes longer at 350 degrees Fahrenheit to cook than the recipe said. Although it may have been placement of the souffle in the oven when I baked it. If this is your first time making a souffle, make sure to put it on the bottom rack.

I made this for Thanksgiving without the hazelnuts. It was easy to make and got lots of complements. It wasn't my favorite dessert ever, but it was definitely worth making.
