A huge hit with my guests. My father-in-law told me he actually dreamed about this salad! It would be a great luncheon salad all by itself.

I love this, but did built a little different. I made more layers so all the shrimp, eggs cheese wasn't on top. Also added red onion and sliced black olives and sever the dressing on the side/with lemon sliced

Wow-- this was great! I scaled it down for just the two of us (e.g. half the dressing (used fat-free mayo), pasta, one HB egg) and added spinach. Also used only 5 shrimp (for myself as hubs isn't a fan) and added about 1/2 cup chopped rotisserie chicken. Also added some chopped red onion. This is such a great guilt-free and satisfying salad that you can add your own seasonings to.

I'm made this for some friends of mine, and the bowl was empty in no time! The 2 things that I did diffently were, I didn't mix mayo with caesar dressing, and I left the dressing on the side so everyone could put the amount they desired. Will definetly make again!

I thought this was an interesting recipe the minute I saw it. I decided to make a few tweet though. I separated the salad into two parts: greens and warm items. I added fresh herbs to the greens including fennel, basil, and chervil. I used golden tomatoes for pop. I added chicken with the shrimp and pasta. After cooling, I added the pasta, chicken, and shrimp to the greens with homemade croutons. Delicious.
