My husband really liked this and I thought it was very good as well. I served this with a side of 2% shells & cheese as another user recommended and it rounded out the meal nicely.

I followed the recipe to make the chicken, but I put a little spin on the spinach. Instead of using garlic, I used mushrooms, and sauteed them in olive oil before adding the spinach.

The chicken was pretty good but the spinach was too soggy. I maybe would make this again with a different side.

For a learner it came out great. With two pieces of chicken I had two meals, I took Sandy (?) advice and made some mac and chess to go along with it, also two meals. I used fresh spinach I used a half a bag each time.It didn't come out to crispy though but Ok by me. Cost $8 total
