This was a very good recipe. I used a rotisserie chicken and got two lasagna dishes out of it. Everyone raved about it.
I made this dish exactly as the recipe and it came out AMAZING!!!! I ate this with garlic bread and salad! Great dinner!!!
Very good. Great alternative to the red sauce traditional lasagna
full of flavor and great comfort food on a rainy day!
This lasagna was different but very good. I deviated slightly from the recipe and made the following enhancements: I had a tub of Philadelphia Italian cheese cooking cream in the fridge so I used that and 1 pack of cream cheese. I did not measure the chicken but pretty sure it was well over 2 cups so I used the full 8.5 oz jar of sundried tomatoes. I also added spinach and chopped onion. My boys gave this dish rave reviews and so did hubby, who really doesn't like any pasta meals I make. I couldn't imagine this dish any other way. The recipe is a keeper but will reserve for holidays/special occasions due to prep time.
I am making this recipe right now. It's in the oven. I, however, left out the noodles. I make a spinach lasagna without noodles and it's fantastic. So what do you think the calorie count is, per serving, without the noodles?
Yummy! Used a precooked chicken from the deli and it was easy enough to put together. A little time consuming, but very good!
This dish was so ridiculously delicious I passed it on to a co-worker during one of my raves on how well this tasted. Preparing it was tedious as I used fresh boneless skinless chicken, cooked and shredded it first. All the work was totally worth it, no one complained. Note: this is a very rich dish! but yummy!
Hubby and I made this for Easter dinner for his parents and mine. It was fantastic! We did not tweak anything or make any changes, and it was really good. The only drawback, if there is one, is that it is somewhat labor-intensive. We would make this again if we were hosting a meal, but probably not just for the two of us.
