I could tell this was a winner by reading the ingredients. However I used some of other's suggestions as well as wanting to "skinny" it up. I used Neufchatel cheese cutting out 1/3 of the calories. Rather than lasagna noodles I layered with 2 trimmed to fit whole wheat, low fat & low carb. wraps per layer. I added sauted fresh mushrooms and onion to the chicken mixture. If I hadn't added the vegetables I would probably have used more than 2 c. chicken. I had on hand a package of 6 cheese Italian blend. I thought the artichokes and sun dried tomatoes would add an interesting flavor so they were included in the chicken mix. I made it as instructed but I added a layer of fresh spinach on the wrap before putting on the chicken mixture. We didn't think it was dry and it held together nicely. Very tasty and I am glad there are left overs to enjoy again!

I made this recipe for my bf and it got rave reviews. Super easy to make ad the only addition I added was bacon.

This was a very good recipe. I used a rotisserie chicken and got two lasagna dishes out of it. Everyone raved about it.

I made this dish exactly as the recipe and it came out AMAZING!!!! I ate this with garlic bread and salad! Great dinner!!!

This lasagna was different but very good. I deviated slightly from the recipe and made the following enhancements: I had a tub of Philadelphia Italian cheese cooking cream in the fridge so I used that and 1 pack of cream cheese. I did not measure the chicken but pretty sure it was well over 2 cups so I used the full 8.5 oz jar of sundried tomatoes. I also added spinach and chopped onion. My boys gave this dish rave reviews and so did hubby, who really doesn't like any pasta meals I make. I couldn't imagine this dish any other way. The recipe is a keeper but will reserve for holidays/special occasions due to prep time.
