I made this for a party and everyone loved it! I put the cool whip mixture in my pampered chef cake decorator and they looked adorable. I also used a sugar free cake mix, sugar free jello and lite cool whip. No one knew the difference!

followed the directions exactly and the icing came out pretty bad...it set quickly to the point where i could not frost the cupcakes and had to throw it out...i even watched the video and followed the steps perfectly...im glad i made them the night before so i can now try to find something else to make for xmas eve at my church
