I used the pineapple lush for the "frosting" for a tiered pineapple upside down cake. It was a huge hit!! The fruit and pudding mix combo is awesome...I plan on experimenting with different fruits to see how it turns out.

I loved it. It was light and fluffy but if you don't like pineapple do not make this it has tons. Make sure you have a angel food cake pan or you can't make it. Overall I think it was great and I would recommend to parents with kids. It's super easy to make.

I have made this recipe many times and always get compliments. I also use pound cake instead of angel food cake. I also make it as a triffle too. Looks great in the bowl. Enjoy!
