The kabobs tasted great! My only suggestion is to marinate them in a salad dressing for about an hour before cooking. Also, keep a close eye on them while BBQing because the chicken likes to stick to the grill and some veggies may burn.

The Scewers should be soaked in water for at lest a couple of hours, if you're going to put them on the BBQ so they don't burn. also the meat comes off easier.

Fast, easy & tasty! One thing, wish when I print copies of recipes they were smaller than a full sheet and sometimes on to 2d page. Thanks for the site--I do enjoy it and get great ideas.

Wonderful, I just would suggest Greek Vinagrette dressing to marinade the chicken in beforehand. Also, add pineapple! It makes it a little sweeter - and tastier!
