I use my George Foreman grill to cook grilled cheese sandwiches - does both sides at once, and I can make two sandwiches at a time. We prefer Velveeta cheese for grilled cheese sandwiches, but this is a quick and easy way to make them. Always serve grilled cheese with tomato soup!

I also put Miracle Whip on the cheese before I grill - adds a little zest.

For a special treat, add canned green chilis between the cheese-this is my "grown up" version of a grilled cheese sandwich!

The recipe is great. It would be greater if you spread Miracle Whip on the inside of the bread before you grill it. Try it, you'll like it. And for variety add some shaven ham, beef, pastrami, turkey, chicken or just about anything.

I added sliced onion and used olive oil instead of butter. Less calories and just as good or better than butter.

The greatest grilled cheese sandwich is made with Kraft Velveeta cheese slices. ...and that's the truth!
