I made this last night and my tastebuds! WOW! They do even better the next day. I will make again. Instead of usuing Cottage cheese, I used 4oz of cream cheese. Still just as good.

I forgot to mix in the egg white and cheese to the mixture, but it was DELICIOUS!!!!! I just added more cheese to the tops of the shells. Pretty easy to make and my boyfriend loved it and didn't miss the meat at all.

This is absolutely amazing! My family will not eat spinach but they didn't even taste it in this dish. No one can get enough!

I used half cottage cheese, half ricotta cheese. I replaced the italian seasoning with my own seasonings (garlic, salt, pepper, italian seasoning, paprika, & adobo). I added 3/4 lb of seasoned ground turkey to the cheese mixture!! I did not use red pepper. YUM-O! My husband is not a spinach person or pasta person and he kept complimenting the dish!!!

This was great! I used about half of the dressing packet (to cut down the sodium), and added black pepper and garlic paste. I made this for guests and everyone loved it!

Fabulous meal! Few changes: fresh spinach, zesty Italian good seasons, 1 lb of hamburger in spaghetti sauce, used 2 lb 13 oz spaghetti sauce (we love it) and 2 cups of lowfat cheese. Delicious!!! Family favorite and big hit!!!!

I've avoided making stuffed shells in the past because I couldn't find a healthy recipe. This recipe isn't loaded with cheese and is full of veggies, making it healthy and delicious. Even the leftovers were good!

This recipe was quick easy and delicious. I used a light spaghetti sauce instead of plain just to cut down some more calories. Tastes excellent!! Great idea when your on a diet and just plain good for the whole family!! ENJOY!

Great recipe! We felt like we were eating a nice restaurant meal! Used reduced fat cottage chs instead of fat free. We really enjoyed the bell pepper in this! We were thinking that it might be good to add some garlic. We will definitely make again! Delicious!
