I used sugar-free strawberry Jell-o and Cool Whip Lite. It was great! Co-workers commented on how moist the cake was.

This is a yummy, easy dessert and tastes so delightful! I tried it first at a work potluck and this cake was gone first. Now I make it for my family and everyone just loves it and looks forward to the next time we make it. Happy cooking!

I love this with white cake, Rasberry Jell-o and coconut on top....tastes like a rasberry zinger cake. I make it all the time for carry ins....never any left.

I made mine with white cake mix, orange jello, and added 1 box instant banana pudding mix to the cool whip then frosted. Not a piece left after our carry-in.

The cake is good except the kids did not like the suggested berry blue Jello-flaved it gives your cake a little sour taste, next time I will use strawberry flavor a bit more sweet.

Made this cake (white cake with orange gelatin) for a small cookout at my company. Those who had a small piece came back for seconds with others in tow. I was asked by at least half a dozen people for the recipe that day. Made it again for a birthday celebration, the other cake (a chocolate one) was left untouched, and this one was finished off in less than 30 minutes. Now I bake one of these at least once a week!
