My whole family loved it! I add the tomato and green onions at the end. To kick it up a notch you could also add a can of Rotel.

As my 14-year old son said...awesome!! I added about 1/3 cup milk before adding the cheese sauce. I was very pleasantly surprised at how tasty this is and I have given the recipe to every member of my family.

Don't care for the ketchup addition. I've tried a different variation. I add chopped ham and a small can of green beans to the mac and cheese when cooked. Everyone loves it!

I've made this without the ketchup, but adding about 2cups of chopped broccoli. My family loves it!

I added 1/4 cup of milk to the recipe. I didn't substitute for the water, but added to the regular recipe. It made it not as thick. Wonderful recipe that is requested at least three times a month:)

A good starter recipe, you can add you own choice of seasoning, spice, etc. We enjoyed this

I made this using regular mac and cheese. My kids weren't thrilled with the idea, but they ate all of it and wanted more!
