This was a easy recipe, turned out just like the picture, took these to work and everyone loved them and asked for the recipe. I actually made them ahead one night and then dipped them in chocolate an hour before our celebration. Enjoy.

This is by far the quickest and best tasting Biscotti I've ever made. I omitted the cereal on one batch and added almonds and it was just as good. Super easy and fun too! This will be one of my "Holiday cookie must makes" this year.

This was delicious and a crowd-pleaser! One tip: slice with a very sharp, serrated knife, and saw it, don't push down through it. That will help avoid crumbling. I will definitely make this again, and often.

This is by far the easiest biscotti i ever made. I have gotten many compliments on it and no one has guessed that cereal is an ingredient. Actually, 3 people had thought there was toffee in it. I didnt dip them i just sprinkled them with coarse deco sugar to make them pretty. I also made them with Post Blueberry cereal and they turned out fantastic!

i have made this biscotti just once. they are very very good. but mine got a little crumbly while i was slicing them. i think it should cool down a longer than 10 minutes. i am planning to make this for christmas. i dont think this biscotti needs to be dipped in chocolate or powdered sugar. very good

Everyone enjoyed the Cranberrys. I did crush down the cereal to make it easier to cut and also added a handful of additional Cranberrys. I did the chocolate dip, I don't really think Biscotti needs it. When I make them again I think I'll maybe dust them with powered sugar and let it go like that. A couple of these in a home made Christmas Basket would really be a great gift.

Made these last Christmas. Everyone that tried this biscotti loved it. Mine was a little crumbly, but that could be baker error. Didn't even need the chocolate on the bottom, but it is a nice touch.

If you refrigerate dough before you roll - can handle easier. Most important trick however, is to use an electric knife to slice with - prevents breaking.
