It was very easy except I did not get the sizes uniform. They were delicious and I passed this recipe around to people.
Very easy to make and very delicious! I found that cutting slowly right after it's cooled for 5 minutes worked best for me. I also baked it on parchment paper which made the logs very easy to transfer from baking sheet to cooling rack, then back to baking sheet. Simply pick up the sheets and gently slide the loaves onto the next destination!
Very easy and delicious! Excellent for gifts and having friends over for coffee.
So easy and so delicious!! Will definately make these again!!
Very easy to make and taste so good! Love the chocolate drizzled over the top! Would love to make more biscotti recipes in the future.
I used Cranberry Vanilla Crunch cereal and it's very yummy. I also dipped in the chocolate then drizzled with melted white chocolate. Mine did not come out as light as the picture, but still very tasty. Next time I will try crunching up the cereal, maybe that will help the breaking issue when flipped (but that just makes more biscotti!).
loved this, although it got a little crumbly when cutting. Going very slowly helped. Definitely add more dried cranberries. I've already made this again to give away as Christmas gifts! YUM!!
These are tasty, and easy to make. I also found them to be a little crumbly when slicing; if I pushed the knife straight down instead of "sawing" it helped. I've always turned the sliced biscotti halfway through the second baking, and a couple of them broke as I was doing that. I wonder if raising the heat a bit might help. I think I will also use almond extract instead of vanilla next time for a very pronounced almond flavor. I would also like to get more dried cranberries in there.
easy to make, tastey. I substituted Blueberry Morning Cereal which were very good.
Very easy to make and very tasty. I also found it hard to keep it from breaking apart. Made three logs rather then two as it is easier to handle when removing from tray.
